This document provides biographical information on Associate Professor Ali Dadolahi-Sohrab, including his education, memberships, addresses, research interests, techniques and skills, and publications. He received his PhD in Ecotoxicology from University Putra Malaysia in 2003. His research focuses on ecotoxicology in various environments, including heavy metals and oil pollution in organisms. He has published over 20 papers and presented at several conferences on topics related to heavy metals in seaweeds, sediments, and aquatic organisms in the Persian Gulf region.

November 2003: Awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Ecotoxicology (Ecology and
Toxicology of Heavy Metals), University Putra Malaysia.
Thesis supervised by Professor Dr. Ahmad Savari (Ecophysiologist), Professor Misri
Kusnan (Marine Botany), Associate Professor Dr Hishamuddin Omar (Marine Biology)
and Associate Professor Ahmad Ismail (Ecotoxicology) investigated and developed first
research: A STUDY ON THE POTENTIAL OF USING SEAWEED AS
BIOMONITORING INDICATOR IN KISH ISLAND, IRAN.
July 1994: Master of Science with first class honors in Marine Chemistry, The
Azad University branch of Tehran.
Thesis investigated the annually variation of nutrients around the Hormuz Island.

lagoons,lakes, coastal marine ecology(seaweedecologyandbiofouling organisms)andmarine pollution
