PROFILE
I am a graduate who has achieved Bsc honours 2:1 in Information Technology. Working within a
customer support role I have developed good communication and customer service skills. My
education has given me a good working knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues. I
can communicate with people of all levels and provide support and guidance in an easy to
understand way. I have a flexible approach to and willingness to assist in any duty required. I am
analytical and pay good attention to detail.
