How was I effective in my career?
When I took over my first job as surveyor in a construction company, I proposed to
change work system from manual sketching and calculating by using computer
which reduced time and gave us accurate results, after moving to my current work I
noticed that the sketching with AutoCAD took long time so I tried to found way to

3. reduce time, I converted all blocks we used to dynamic blocks that saved time 40%
in every site then I started to teach it to my colleges.
