On a land area of 138,258m2, the medical city includes the hospital's main building (footprint area of 14,720m2), an academic research center, a psychiatric unit, a wellness park, a
hotel, a wellness resort, a health club, a medical mall, and staff accommodation units. ECG's scope encompasses the design of the hospital's main building. With a built-up area of
73,600m2, the 360-bed hospital comprises a two-level basement, a ground floor, and four upper floors.
ABC Bank has acquired a skeleton building designed to function as an administration building. They aim to modify the design to serve as a new headquarter for the Bank in Egypt.
The building is located within the New Cairo area, East of Cairo, Egypt on a land area of 7,250 sqm. The building comprises of 2 underground basements and 6 floors with a total built
up area of about 28,00 sqm.
EMAL Administrative Complex is built on a plot area of 68,000m2 and comprises 12 buildings that include an administrative building (G+1), reception building (G+1), mosque, and
ancillary buildings.
The project aims to serve as ABC Bank New Headquarters. The building comprises of two underground basements and six floors with a total BUA of 28,000 m2. ATSP shall carryout
the concept design and ECG, as their Sub Consultant, shall carryout the Schematic design.
GC-1B (207,000 m2) is a premium low-density residential development and is centrally located between all currently active development components. The infrastructure works design
to GC1B is complete. However due to changing from developing villas to selling plots, AlMurooj GC1B has been re-master-planned and ECG shall provide VE, redesign and detailed
design services for the GC1B infrastructure.

Al Talah Gardens was designed prior to updating KAEC overall master plan. Thus, it was designed with a mindset of total autonomy. The sanitary holding tank was designed to
accommodate the flows of the full community development for 2 full days; however, the design did not take into consideration the construction phasing of Talah Gardens.
Al Murooj is a premium low-density residential development and is centrally located between all currently active development components in KAEC. BC2 is part of Al Murooj having a
land area of 678,254 m2.
Al-Murooj is located within King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) on a land area of approximately 4,600,000m2, including TH1, TH4, BC1, BC2, GC1C, GC1B, GC, and TC communities.
ECG shall review the existing primary infrastructure designs comprising roads, water, wastewater, storm drainage, electrical, and telecomm works with a VE exercise and redesign,
including technical specifications and BOQs up to tender documents.
The project comprised the three main components: 1) provision of sanitation systems (networks and centralized/ decentralized wastewater treatment plants) within selected drainage
sub-basins; 2) institutional development and capacity building; 3) increase awareness on improved hygiene and sanitation.
The project comprises the design, construction management, and supervision of four production buildings and a filling area, each with a ground floor, mezzanine, and a roof with a
footprint of 10,750m2, as well as 3 warehouse buildings for raw materials with a footprint of 5,650m2, including all electromechanical and infrastructural works.
The overall goal of the project is to construct the General Investigation Department in West Abu-Fatira industrial area for the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait, the parcel occupies an area
of 20,000m2.
With a total built-up area of 21,120m2, the project scope comprised design of Building R3 with 16 floors (core and shell), master plan and urban design as well as site wide
infrastructure for the south and middle zones.
With a built-up area of 30,000m2, the 200-bed general hospital comprises a surgical department with an Intensive Care Unit, Labor/Delivery department, Intensive Care Unit, Coronary
Angioplasty Department, Endoscopy, Emergency, Physical Therapy Department, and outpatient clinics, in addition to a high-tech X-ray department and laboratories. Supporting
departments at the hospital include a central kitchen, laundry, morgue, sterilization unit , and administrative offices.
The project is a unique residential and commercial development over 6.3 million m2. The development comprises luxury villas townhouses 2, 4 and 6 plex units), apartments, retail
centers, 72 m high commercial/office towers, a golf course, a golf club, a sports and health center, and community facilities.
The project comprised design development, detailed design and review of shop drawings. The 5-stars Hotel contains 2B+G+ 7 typical floors, the mall is G+2T.

The project comprises 200 feddans of land in Hyde Park to be developed as a mixed use development. ECG scope encompasses the design of infrastructure (irrigation network,
water network, wastewater network, sewage network, fire protection network, outdoor Electrical Distribution system, street lighting system, and telephone network); Roads network
in addition to Car Parking and facility buildings.
With a land area of 34,230m2 and built-up area of 3,500m2, the project comprises an auditorium/multipurpose hall, exhibition hall, VIP reception area, warming kitchen, and staff
offices.
Civil works for a 650MW power plant (Contract 102). The project comprises power generation facilities (boiler structure, STG, control building, and stack); auxiliary facilities (water
treatment, circulating water, fire protection, water tanks, and wastewater facility); ancillary facilities (warehouse and workshop, office building, security offices, fire protection
station, mosque, guard dormitory, and guard towers).
With a total floor area of 761m2, the project aims to design and construct an extension to the ground floor of the Magrabi Hospital building. The new extension comprises operation
theatres for LASIK operations, pre- and post-operation wards, Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), male wards, female wards, nursing support facilities, doctors lounge,
receptions, toilets, and administration offices.
An office building located on a total land area of 5,256m2 in 6th of October City comprising one basement with a total area of 3,800m2, ground floor and two typical floors with a total
area of 6,600m2. The foot print of the building is about 40% of the land area.
The project comprises the installation of a new distillation line and a new concentration column, together with the revamping of the absorption sector (including an ammonia-receiving
station) and rationalization of the water-cooling sector to increase the production capacity from 130,000 tons/year to 200,000 tons/year.
ECG scope of work included detailed design of the Core Medical Hospital and Emergency Medical Center, Oncology Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, Polyclinic and Day Surgery, Central
Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medical Administration Building and Conference Center, parking structure, infrastructure design for medical and service zone, infrastructure design for main
roads of residential and university zones and utilities buildings.
The project comprises villas, town houses, hotels and malls spread over an area of 700,000m2.
