2. - MOI KAP 5 (GROUP 4)
The project includes 16 building types distributed over 40 different sites in several
locations in Saudi Arabia. With a total built-up area of approximately 125,000 m2, the
project comprises administrative buildings, security facilities, traffic units, Special
Forces units, and police stations at Saudi Arabia.
- SHOP DRAWINGS FOR GC2 PROJECT IN KSA
The project aims at the preparation of architectural, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical
(plumbing) shop drawings for 10 types of villas (G + 1), each with a footprint area of
140 m2.
- AL-MASSA PARK AT THE NEW CAPITAL
The client is developing approximately 25 feddans located at the New Capital. The
aim of the development is to construct a high-end, luxurious hotel. The project
comprises hotel buildings, chalets, day-use villas, and a golf course.
- EXPANSION OF UMM AL-QURA UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC SPINE
The university is built on a plot area of 1,500,000 m2, with a total footprint area of
100,000 m2. The project comprises new academic buildings (built-up area of 155,000
m2), extensions to existing academic buildings (built-up area of 74,000 m2), and non-
academic buildings (built-up area of 139,000 m2).
- VALUE ENGINEERING FOR A HOSPITAL IN KUWAIT
On a site area of 46,523 m2, the hospital (designed with a 224-bed capacity) has a
total built-up area of approximately 74,363 m2 totaling the built-up areas of a main
hospital building, underground car park, utility building, central kitchen building, and
administration building (existing).
- DYAR VILLE COMPOUND
The project's gross land area is 34.41 feddans (approximately 144,558 m2). The
project comprises three types of apartment buildings, townhouses, an administrative
building, mosque, club building, and food court, as well as areas for outings and
retail.
