- User Requirement Scooping
o Prepare a Guidelines for User and Business Analyst to documentation the
requirement of HR proses of Client’s company.
- Gap Analysis
o Find gaps between standard HRIS Application and HR Function of Client’s
company, then make tentative solution for these gaps.
- Debug and diagnostic
o Debug of line coding error
o Debug of logic error
o Collaborating with Programmer to troubleshoot errors are occur
o QA and Testing to make sure that all function for user’s need are run well
- Design Modification Request
o Prepare a Guideline for Programmer to implementing modification to the lines
of coding. This document is called ‘Spec’
o Make data relation which are related for Spec
- User Acceptance Test
o Conduct user to do final test for HRIS Implementation and provide answer for
their question.
o Make sure that all user request, which are technical request and non-technical
request are fulfill completely.
- Update and Installment
o Run update patches for bug fixing or modification Request, which are at
development environment or at production environment
o Communication with user about update and installment procedure
