David Broadbent is a 20-year-old photographer and filmmaker who has been taking photos since childhood. He specializes in portrait photography and enjoys both individual and team-based work. Broadbent also has experience with lighting, filmmaking, and acting in local theatre productions. He earned a BTEC diploma in creative media production from 2013-2015 and has photographed various school and community events in his portfolio.

About Me:
I picked up a love of photography at an early age thanks to my Dad letting me use
his SLR, from then I have developed into a professional and capable
photographer, focusing on portrait photography, studio shoots, or anything that
shows an element of life in a still image.
Now, at the age of 20, I work efficiently as a member of a team, but I also enjoy
the freedom of individual work. I can work effectively on my own as I can bolster
my photographic talents with a past knowledge of working with lighting (I was a
lighting technician for a few A level theatre pieces), and access to people willing
and ready to model for shoots.
I am also adept at film production, having worked repeatedly as a camera
operator.
In my spare time I am an actor at Biggleswade amateur theatrical society (BATS)
I consider my work to be so successful due to the way I overly criticise my
projects if they don’t end up as I expected, so quickly learn from any mistakes.
