CUSTOMER SERVICE
                                             MANAGER
       This individual will manage the sales floor team, and will be
responsible for up keep of the sales floor, and resolving customer
service issues of a thrift retail store engaged in selling of
processed donated or purchased merchandise.

Skills and Abilities:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree
(GED)
Experience: One to two year’s related experience
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including use of
Outlook e-mailand internet navigation.

Certificates & Licenses: Must possess a valid driver's license
and personal motor vehicle available for use to conduct daily bank
deposits.
Other Requirements: Ability to speak, read, and write English
proficiently. Strong interpersonal skills. Prior management
experience preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or
older.
