This job posting is seeking a customer service manager to oversee a sales floor team at a thrift retail store. The manager will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor and resolving customer issues. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 1-2 years of related experience, proficient computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. Prior management experience is preferred but not required.

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE
MANAGER
This individual will manage the sales floor team, and will be
responsible for up keep of the sales floor, and resolving customer
service issues of a thrift retail store engaged in selling of
processed donated or purchased merchandise.
Skills and Abilities:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree
(GED)
Experience: One to two year’s related experience
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including use of
Outlook e-mailand internet navigation.
Certificates & Licenses: Must possess a valid driver's license
and personal motor vehicle available for use to conduct daily bank
deposits.
Other Requirements: Ability to speak, read, and write English
proficiently. Strong interpersonal skills. Prior management
experience preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or
older.
