PERSONAL PROFILE
I am an ambitious and energetic young man with a passion to make a difference. I believe
that commitment, a positive attitude and hard work with strong moral values and a balanced
lifestyle are important for family, personal and career success. I have strong leadership
qualities and therefore have the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals above
expectations. I am a team player, thereby acknowledge and value the contributions of all
stakeholders towards the achievement of predetermined goals and objectives.
PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION
I have completed the B.Com degree with specialization in Economics and Risk management
and are looking for an opportunity where I can present the knowledge and skills I have
obtained as a contribution towards your organization as well as my personal growth.
I am currently looking for, preferably permanent employment, in a structural growing
company with good growth potential.
I trust that I have the necessary knowledge and skills to make a valuable contribution

With employment at the company I can contribute, amongst others, to the following:
 planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for
the organization;
 risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing
and estimating the risks affecting the business;
 risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria
established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and
environmental factors, and evaluating the organization’s previous handling of
risks;
 establishing and quantifying the organization’s 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of
risk they are prepared to accept;
 risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the
board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business
heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business
and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks;
 corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders;
 carrying out processes such as purchasing insurance, implementing health and
safety measures and making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare
for if things go wrong;
 conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with
internal and external auditors;
 Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within
the organization.

In this period I was employed as a manager at one of the Aardklop areas with a
personal corps of 40 whom reported to me. I was responsible for the stock
management, staff management as well as the overall client satisfaction. Whilst being
under pressure I was exposed to several decision making situations. This exposure
contributed to my personal and professional development.
ACHIEVEMENTS (2010 – 2016)
2016
- Got appointed at High School Pietersburg teaching business and economics
2015
- Got appointed at High School Hartbeespoort teaching in Business and Accounting.
- Coached the 0/14A rugby team and made history in the school by playing in the
Beeld trofee and qualifying for the quarter finals of this elite competition.
- Got elected to coach TUT’s (Tshwane University of Technology) school team in the
Enrista Cup.
2014
- Obtained my degree in Bcom. Economics and Risk Management
- Obtained my Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
