I have adept problem-solving skills, especially when I am working as part of a team. I
enjoy creating innovative solutions to problems, especially when working with video
content.
Reliability and responsibility:
I have an excellent attendance record at University and work. All my experience has
demanded high standards of care and attention to detail, particularly with regard to content
I produced for the MediaHQ.com weblog and video I produced and shot.
Communication:
Through work experience I have learned the importance of communication as a vital
component to teamwork. I have a well-developed set of communication skills, ranging
from ICT to interpersonal. Through University I have learned to develop both my verbal
pitching skills while also developing the art of presenting.
Interpersonal & Teamwork:
I have excellent people skills and I work really well in a team, especially in brainstorming
sessions. I enjoy talking to people and getting to know them, especially when working
toward a similar goal.
Information Communications Technology:
Through my degree and personal interests, I am quite adept at Final Cut Pro X and
InDesign, with a working capacity of Avid. I am interested particularly in any software
related to the creation, production and dissemination of video content. I also have a
working knowledge of a range of applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and video
publishing applications such as Quik and Spark Video, which I used to create materials
and integrate ICT as a resource within my college work. I have a typing speed of 49WPM.
