Duties included:

 Sweeping the stairs to maintain clear walkways.
 Organisingthecourtyard and wheelie bins.
 Stackingempty crates to maximisespaceand prevent injury fromtripping.
 Hosing down the paths and sweeping the patio at closingtime.
