 Organizing the workforce of 5-7 on tasks to complete for that day, enhancing management skills.
 Training and organizing new staff on the Castle Leslie Estate to meet the high standards of service.

 Deliver clear instructions, demonstrated when teaching children and dealing with the public on queries and
bills
 Responsibility in looking after the welfare of the horses and gaining qualifications in BHS stage 1 & 2
 Manage the annual show event by organizing sponsorship and liaising with the city council and land owners.
Foyle National Trust, Ireland, January- May 2015 Position: Social Media Marketing intern
 Operated popular social media sites including Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter.
 Helped to market 2 of the huge spring events for Easter and St Patrick’s day.
