 Over the past seven years I have developed, coordinated, conducted, and archived a
minimum of two per month OSHA, AHSI, NSC, & AHA, safety classes as well as other
formats as required by the client for various offshore drilling rigs and companies in the
Gulf of Mexico.
 I have also restructured/consolidated the training schedule to eliminate redundancy in
training and thereby reducing/eliminating wasted man-hours.
 I have also developed a variety of tracking methods for the individual crew members to
enhance their ability to track & schedule off-site required training classes.
RELEVANT EMPLOYMENT
01/2008 to Present Offshore Remote Paramedic/Safety Training Coordinator – Safety
Management Systems, Lafayette, LA:
 Provide all levels of medical treatment on the facility
 Provide emergency assistance to other maritime vessels and structures as warranted by
the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM).
 Assume administrative control of medical treatment room, drugs, medications, and
medical equipment.
 Advisor to the OIM in regards to hygiene issues, as well as other Occupational Health
issues.
 Submit, and file reports required under company policy and guidelines by regulatory
bodies.
 Assist in the completion of and archiving of all JSA’s WI, & PTW.
 Conduct safety inspections of all onboard facilities.
 Conduct monthly inspection of all safety and fire equipment.
 Perform incident/accident investigation and report findings.
 Helicopter landing/fuel officer.
 Provide orientation and accommodation assignment to all arriving personnel.
 Develop conduct and archive weekly safety training meetings.
 Schedule all off facility training.
 Maintain and update all rig personnel’s training records.
 Input the data of the Behavior Base Safety Programs.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
03/2009 – Present: Through Breath of Life CPR Plus I am able to provide free CPR/First Aid
training to church youth groups, homeschool students, & Boy Scout and Girl Scout groups.
03/2011: We also provided a free automatic external defibrillators to Immaculate Conception
Catholic Church Clarksville Tennessee and automatic external defibrillators at cost to similar
types of facilities.
10/2013: I provide motivational talks to young mothers on the importance of getting training in
emergence care for their newborns.
08/2010: I am a founding member of the Clarksville Medical Guild. One of the many actives we
do is sponsor and run the Medical Care tent at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church
international festival.
04/1997: I have helped coordinated an adult literacy program in Jacksonville FL with the help of
Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, & the Jacksonville Library.
04/2004 & 06/2006: I have coordinated several anti drug awareness seminars with the help of St
Michael Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Clarksville Police Department, Oak Grove
Police Department, Hopkinsville Police Department, and the Ft Campbell Military Police to help
educate parents and teens on the tactics that drug dealers use to get people to start using drugs.
