Career Summary
From May 2016 – September 2016 through Manpower Employment Agency I worked at the Australian
Electoral Commission (AEC) on their Payroll Helpdesk. My duties included:
 Answering phone queries as a Helpdesk Call Centre operator,
 Process employee superannuation forms and resolve Superannuation Exceptions
 Administer the Learning Management System and perform testing on the learning content,
 Administer the Employment Management System,
 Train new staff.
From March 2016 – April 2016 through Hays Employment Agency I worked in a large Building Company
performing Accounts Payable duties. These include:
 Entering and/or approving Estimate Variation records and Client Variation Records,
 Processing Invoices,
 Debt Recovery.
From April 2010 until February 2016 I worked in the telecommunications industry for Telstra
dealerships. In that time I became a Telstra Business Solutions Professional Certified in Voice, Data and
Mobile Solutions. My primary role was working in the Finance Team as Compliance Officer, where I
worked to ensure staff adheres to rules and regulations, and ethical standards expected by Telstra, and
adhere to laws by Federal and Territory Government. I also provide significant time assisting my
