CSM Technologies is a software company established in 1999 with 110 staff focused on oil & gas, e-governance projects in North and West Africa, the Middle East, and India. Over the last 9 years, it has exported software to Vietnam, Sudan, Ethiopia, Singapore, UAE, Qatar, and Cote d'Ivoire. It has developed several e-governance products in India including systems for tracking children, teachers, and schools (eShishu), managing nutrition programs, and handling citizen grievances through helplines. CSM is looking to expand these products and its work on other projects in water management, ERP systems, and national helpline programs.
