Corona Crewing SRL is organized as a standalone crewing company duly
authorized by the ANR since June 2012.
We are proudly holder of ISO Certification : ISO 9001/ 2008 - MLC 2006

Corona Crewing provides accurate selection of seafarers and offshore specialists according to the clients’
specifications:
Recruitment: vacancies advertising; applicant screening both for experience and certification; interviewing;
reference and background checks; placement and on-boarding within the client company;
Certification and scheduling: ensuring all crew have up to date and valid certificates appropriate to rank;
ensuring all crew have a valid medical certificate; preparing crew schedules; communicating all current and
proposed crew movements to vessels and individuals;
Contracts and payrolls: ensuring full compliance with all regulations in force according with personnel
nationality and work location, full communication with tax authorities
Employment issues: performance monitoring; disciplinary procedure, compliance with Corona’s and client’s
procedures and policies, promotions, resignations, contracts’ negotiations.

representative activities, a number of 1200 offshore personnel , mainly
employed on behalf of NAVYMAR Shipping LTD.
• Our date base is constantly increasing and till now we have reached over
2000 candidates willing to join this demanding but successfully offshore
activity.
• We are performing monthly Salary computation for over 600 personnel.
