DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS
1. The Editor in Chief:
- Oversees all the aspects of the production of the Creative Mélange.
- Organizes scheduling, manages the budget, arranges meetings, edits and views
all the contents published on the Creative Mélange, works with the publishers,
and make other executive decisions.
2. Executive Directors (3):
- Hold the second most important positions after the Editor in Chief.
- Give crucial advice to the Editor in Chief when of reviewing all the aspects of
the production, managing the budgets, arranging meetings and so on.
- Work closely with the Business & Marketing managers.
- Are responsible for giving the Editor in Chief accurate and timely reports on the
operation of the magazine.
3. Managing Editors (3):
- Review and edit the final copy of the magazine.
- Manage and give valuable and supportive advice to the section editors in terms
of ways to improve editing quality and efficiency.
- Work as the critical connections between the Editor in Chief and the Managing
directors as well as writers.
- Follow up with writers on article feedback.
3. Business & Marketing Managers (2):
- Introduce the magazine to new audiences.
