Dear Madam/Sir,
I have worked in the sphere of banking since 2006, still an MA student at Yerevan State University in the
Faculty of Economics. My knowledge and skills gained during student years were emphasized and expanded by
practice first at ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank CJSC. Intensive work experience in such international banks as HSBC
Bank and ProCredit Bank has made me a good professional who knows internationally accepted business ethics
and work effectiveness.
During more than 10 years of work experience in banking sphere, more specifically in the reporting
department, I have dealt with forming reports and submitting them to senior managers, Central Bank, to
shareholders, IFIs, external audit and public. Due to my analytical skills I successfully manage to understand
business movements and provide management with meaningful commentary.
My good understanding of financial system architecture, my advanced skills in MS products, such as excel
and power point are well contributing to the automation of reports and development of new ones. During my
employment in ProCredit I undertook automation and optimization of processes and together with MIS and IT
developed reports which are being widely used not only in reporting also in other departments of ProCredit.
Analyzing, reporting and forecasting of the operational and financial performance of the ProCredit banks in
different countries and the group, and also coordinating the business plan process in cooperation with them gave
me a great experience to interact with different level of people. Often times my work implies working under
pressure where high accuracy, proper time-management and hardworking is required.
Being a team-leader responsible for a small team-coordination for a long period of time, developed my team
player, organizational and communication skills. My opinion of a leader, the one who assists and leads a team
through a correct path, trained me to be patient and supportive of my colleagues, which has a reflexive character –
I receive help in return.
Throughout more than 10 years of work I have changed my workplace various times, however, I have always
been loyal to the field of my interest and passion. I am currently in the process of taking exams of the Association
