Students must register themselves for courses each semester, including tasks and projects, through the Student Self-service system during the registration periods in May for autumn courses and November for spring courses. Once registered for a course, students are automatically registered for the upcoming exam. Registration is binding, but electives can be switched until 3 weeks after the semester start by contacting Registration & Legality. To start, students must register for the recommended 30 ECTS courses per semester listed in their curriculum. If needing to be unsubscribed from courses, students must apply to their study board.

1. From the second semester you must
register for your courses yourself
You have to register for courses, including tasks and
projects, for the upcoming semester.

20.-30. May to the courses that you will have in the

You'll get a message on your student email when
we approach the registration period.

2. Course Registration is

Once you have registered for a
course, you are also automatically
registered for the upcoming exam
in the course.

3. Registration is binding
If you are enrolled in a course, you will
not be able to change this even if you
have registered more than the
recommended 30 ECTS per semester.
Electives
In relation to electives, the rules are
different.
You have the option to switch electives
until 3 weeks after the semester start.

4. What should I register for?
As a starting point, you must register
for the courses located in the
upcoming semester in the
recommended course of study.

5. Do you need to get unsubscribed
courses/exams?
Apply your study board
If something unexpected occurs that
means you need to be unsubscribed
for courses and exams that you are
already enrolled in, you will need to
apply your study board.
