Managing Partner
Messai Tadesse has an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, a Masters in
International Business Management from Sorbonne University in Paris, France, and a Masters in
International Finance from Coppead Graduate School of Business in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has
worked on numerous international business and strategy projects at the World Trade Center Atlanta for
various domestic and international clients.

Managing Partner
Jesse Hollander received his MBA from Hult International Business School and a BA in Psychology
from Boston University. Jesse has extensive experience in international corporate development and
international marketing and has worked on several sustainability and innovation-led initiatives for

Chen Chen is a senior electrical engineering student at University of Notre Dame and has received her
BS in mathematics from Saint Mary's College. A native Chinese, she has worked with the Hong Kong-
