by Canadian lawyer Ms. Elizabeth L. Thomson

Ms. Thomson, President and founder of ICS Mr. Sakhrani is a Director of ICS TRUST
TRUST (ASIA) LIMITED, was educated in (ASIA) LIMITED. He heads the Investment,
Canada, obtaining an LL.B. in Common Commercial and Trade Services
Law and B.C.L in Civil Law from McGill Law Departments. Mr. Sakhrani received a
School. She is a member of the Law Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster
Societies of Ontario, Canada, England & University in Canada and went on to
Wales, Hong Kong and Australia. complete his MBA at the Richard Ivey
School of Business.

Canada-China Business Council (CCBC) awarded ICS
Ms. Elizabeth Thomson was named Hong Kong’s
TRUST the 2010 Silver Medal for Extraordinary
“Woman Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2008.
