Cornerstones Education installed a new phone system in 2012 that ended up making their call handling less efficient due to bad advice and internet issues. In 2013, Solution assisted Cornerstones by providing temporary call support and then proposed an infrastructure solution using their SolCom system. The SolCom system provided faster internet speeds, improved call routing efficiency, increased VOIP capabilities, voicemail to email, and a dedicated lease line for stability. This led to Cornerstones achieving their goals of robust telephony and increased sales capabilities.
