Cornell  Two-Column Notes:   How to use it?
Create a two column table with another column below the table.  The keywords column takes up about 1/3 of your writing space The remaining 2/3 is for recording information. This column is a space for writing summary.
Label each column
Number, indent, or bullet all key ideas. Put suitable title for the summary writing.
Record the facts and ideas presented in the passages/essays that you want to summarize.
Compile all the main ideas that you have collected and write out the summary.
