Led the Company’s first annualaudit for year ended 2007. This was a balance sheet audit. Subsequently,coordinated
the external audits 2008 - 2011. These audits were non-qualified opinions with no significant findings.
Initiated the change in the company’s revenue recognition policy from percentage completion to the completed
contract method. This change has put the company’s revenue recognition policy in line with other capital equipment
manufacturers and complies with GAAP and other accounting standards.
Established annual budgets with actual to budget variances.
With 80% of the Company’s revenues coming from Asia, responsible for negotiating and establishing International
Letters of Credit.
Fostered positive banking business relationship. Negotiated and participated in the establishment of the Company’s

Supported and participated the corporations multiple building construction projects. Coordinated the Cost Segregation
Studies which allowed the company to reallocate its Fixed Assets to accelerate depreciation expenses. These studies
saved the organization thousands of dollars in taxliability.

Due to an acquisition the company inherited an ERP system that required improved utilization and optimization.
Responsible for improving the efficiency of the ERP systemwith regards to the general ledger, costing, inventory,
a/p, a/r, purchasing and manufacturing. In addition, responsible for maintaining the integrated automated posting
codes within the system, for all modules. Additionally, lead person for creating and generating adhoc queries and
reports.
Responsible for the reconciliation of the perpetualinventory to the general ledger. This would entail the consolidation
of over 350 general ledger inventory accounts to a manageable 40 accounts. Reconfigured multiple systemproduct
attribute codes to simplify the perpetual inventory reconciliation. In addition, responsible for creating an Excess and
Obsolete report to identify and quantify excess and obsolete inventory.
Lead person in an annual physical inventory. Responsible for the coordination and organization of the multiple
departments for the physical inventory. The inventory had an accuracy of 99%. In addition, responsible for reviewing
and reporting the inventory of over 250 worldwide field service engineers. This required updating and re-establishing
a monthly cycle count program.
