Linked users centralised servers for better and easier access to files. BitTorrent: A clever way for down- loading. BitTorrent is also a very cheap way to download and publish large files. Torrent Trackers: Mini Nova {EZTV} Notions that virtual communities surround these torrents. Metallica and Dr.Dray have both taken Napster to court for the distribution of their music illegally and have had it shut down.

Asking Google search companies to pay for the speed of a search by a user, therefore the downloading sites would be extremely slow in loading through the internet. The information from legal downloading sites such as iTunes is more restricted.

Cory Doctorow's ``Why I Copyfight?'' ``If it wasn't for copying on the internet there wouldn't be culture'' Doctorow suggests that by file sharing and downloading we are discussing and experiencing new things. This builds on developing culture and within this culture would be hindered. Culture is shared information which then leads to the positive aspects of looking at illegal downloading and file sharing. Doctorow also argues ``the natural inclination of anyone who is struck by a piece of creative work is the share it''
