I/Our team agree to get involved in the recording of the above production the
composition and nature of which has been fully clarified to me/us hereby, I/we agree
for the recording or/and filming of my/our interviews, performances and actions.
I/Our team consent that the sound recordings or/and film/tape may be edited and cut
for publicity material or production related to the production and there is no
guarantee that my final involvement will appear in the result of the production after
editing.
I/Our team admit that the publicity material and production may be shown in
television and subjected to advertising at any time and occasionally throughout all
countries in the world.
I/Our team hereby allocate and grant you the exclusive copyright and sole in every
country in the world in to and in connection with my performance hereunder for
exploitation in every types of media for the full period of such copyright including any
renewals of extensions thereof.
I/Our team hereby grant to all your approvals and consents pursuant to the Copyright
Designs and Patterns Act 1988 and any re-enactment thereof.
