 Team spirit- a contributor should be able to
unite all the team members.
 Creativity- he should be innovative
 Prediction- he should have future vision
 Honesty- he should be honest in his
approach
 Communication skills- a contributor should
be clear and loud to express himself
 Confidence- he should have confidence in
himself and his team to fulfill their goal
 Ability to delegate- he should know which
person is good in doing a particular task and
should delegate accordingly

He is currently a professor in parekha college in
Math's dept. at college of science.
He has completed his MPhil in math's.
He has vast knowledge of math's but
always eager to know something more

He is work faithfully in the college and also in his
team and also supportive for his colleague in some
