Sajid Hasan has been appointed as a Consultant for Business Development and Training by Chippersage Education Pvt Ltd. The appointment is for an initial period of three months starting November 5, 2015. As a consultant, Sajid will be based in New Delhi and paid a monthly retainer fee of Rs. 55,000. He is expected to generate business revenues of Rs. 2,00,000 per month and will receive a 5% incentive on sales above his target. Sajid must keep all company and client information confidential, even after his contract ends, and will be subject to the company's rules and regulations.

Dear Mr. Sajid,
With reference to your candidature for a suitable opportunity in our organization and to our subsequent
discussion, we are pleased to appoint you as Consultant – Business development and Training on the
following contract terms and conditions.
01. Place of work:
This appointment takes effect from your date of joining which shall not be later than Nov 5, 2015. You
will work out of New Delhi.
02. Consultant fees
You will be paid a monthly retainer fee of Rs. 55,000/- . You are expected to close deals and collect
revenues to the value of Rs. 2,00,000/- [Rupees Two Lakhs only].
03. Duration of the assignment
The duration of the assignment is initially for a period of three months w.e.f. the start date. This may be
extended based on your performance or you may be offered a permanent position with the company,
based on mutual discussions and confirmation.
During the assignment period, either side is at liberty to terminate this contract by giving to the other
one week’s notice in writing or payment thereof. It shall not be necessary for either party to assign any
reason for termination of the contract.
04. Duties and Responsibilities
i. As a part of the role of Consultant – Business development and Training
a) You shall take care of Business development and after-sales service and training in New Delhi.
b) You shall deliver a minimum business revenue of Rs 2 lakhs per month. This is
against amount collected from the customer.
c) You will receive 5% incentive on sales above your monthly sales target.
d) And your performance and sales targets shall be reviewed and fixed every quarter, in
discussion with you.
e) You will report on your work as per the company’s policies.
ii. You shall neither divulge nor give out information to any unauthorized person during the period
of your contract or even afterwards by word of mouth or otherwise, particulars, or details of
technical know-how, administrative and/or organizational matters of a confidential/secret
nature, which may be your privilege to know by virtue of your being our contract
iii. You shall keep confidential all the information and material provided to you by the company or
by its clients concerning their affairs, in order to enable the company to perform the service.

Your obligation to keep such information confidential shall remain even on termination or
cancellation of this contract.
iv. You will not enter into any commitments or dealings on behalf of the company for which you
have no clear authority not alter or be a part to any alteration of any principle or policy of the
company or exceed the authority or discretion vested in you without the previous sanction of
the company’s management.
v. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of all the
properties of the company, which may be in your use, custody, care or charge. For the loss of
property of the company in your possession, the company has a right to assess on its own basis
and recover the damages of all such material from you and to take action as it deems proper in
the event of your failure to account for such material or property to its satisfaction.
vi. You will be covered by the service rules and regulations including conduct, discipline and
administrative orders and any such other rules or orders of the company that may come in force
from time to time.
vii. You shall be required to sign and abide by the Rules and Regulation which the company has at
this point in time and shall undertake to sign such declarations that the policy may demand from
time to time.
viii. In case, particulars mentioned in your application are found to be false or unsatisfactory, your
service would be liable for termination at any time without any notice or any compensation in
lieu thereof.
