9. It is condition of your employment that you shall not any time, without
written consent of the company utilize or disclose to any person not in the
employment of the company or its associated companies any secret or
confidential information which may be acquired as a result of your
employment with the company.
10.Periodical medical examination is a requisite for working in the industry
and if the company finds you unsuitable to work on medical grounds, your
employment with the company would be terminated with a notice period of
7 month and no extensions on whatever cause will ever be entertained.
-1 7 .Your appointment will be on probation for a period of 6 months and in
which we hope you will attain the sales target as set by the management
and achieve a permanent position in the company.
12.If your achievements are unsatisfactory, the company will terminate your
service with and extension of 1 month to improve your achievement, if it's
found unsatisfactory after the one month period your 'employment will
stand cancelled.
13.During your employment you shall abide by the local laws and that are in
force from time to time. You shall alone be liable and responsible for .
violation of any local laws and the company shall not owe any
responsibilities of whatsoever nature.
