The author chose two images for their magazine contents page - a large image at the top of a drum set to lead the composition, and a smaller image at the bottom that fit with one of the stories on the page. They selected these particular images because they fit the available space and theme of the magazine without taking up too much room for other content.

2. When creating my contents page for
my magazine I decided to use around
two images so that it wouldn’t take up
too much space for the rest so I
decided to use two images One large
one and the other one smaller and
towards the bottom.
I chose the top image because I liked
the composition of the drum sticks
against the larger base drum and
thought it would make a nice image.
I then chose another image to use at
the bottom on the page. I decided to
use this image because it would fit
with one of the story's that I made up
on the page already

5. When choosing the images to put onto my contents
page I had a small selection to choose from and had to
plan out what not to use.

7. I decided to use these
images not just because
they fit best on my overall
magazine but because
they seemed to be the
closed to other magazines
in the same genre
But for the other images
that I have taken and not
used I may use them for
other pages if I plan on
using them.
