•  Be in top Google search engine
   results
•  Acquire quality over quantity leads
What is Content Marketing

[SEO + Social Media + Display]
I know what you’re thinking…
But You Don’t Have to Worry!

There is a method to the madness
First – Make a keyword list

What keywords* would you like to rank high for on Google?

   *
Recommend
choosing
long
tail
keywords
(2‐4
words
in
length)
as
they
will
have
less
compe<<on

Second – Google keyword tool
Determine which keywords you can realistically rank for

  Note:
this
tool
can
take
a
bit
of
research
to
learn.
Basically
though,
you
want
land
on
10
or
so

                 keywords
that
have
low
compe<<on
and
high
monthly
searches

Third - Create vehicles for content
    What can you realistically manage?
  Decide and create those accounts/profiles

                                         Note: Get your brand a
                                            G+ page NOW!
Fourth - Create Content

Follow the 1:3 rule and only talk about yourself every 4th content
piece (yes, this includes twitter and facebook posts!).
Fifth – Put keywords in the content

•    Blog tags and anchor text links
•    Social network posts (hashtags)
•    Pinterest board names
•    Youtube video tags
•    Names of Slideshare presentations and tags

*These are only a few examples
Sixth – Entertain with Design

                             •  using your keywords everywhere, and are
                             •  engaging with your audience by publishing
You are: content at least twice a day

                             •  Create visual content (ads, videos,
                                infographics)
Now Start To: •  Base it on your thought leader topic
                             •  Place keywords in titles and tags

Visual content that captures your audiences attention will result in lower bounce
rates. Google will use this metric during ranking decisions for your keywords.
I realize that this ppt. was a bit content heavy.
Thank you for taking the time to view it!
