Project Management to Gain Landlord Approval to Alter:
Due to poor D&B Contractor Management during the construction works,
an additional remit was granted by our in-house Client, to undertake the
following: -
1. Award Practical Completion to the Contractor
2. Establish the defects liability period
3. Leading the Contractor to gaining Building Control Approval, from the Council
4. Ensuring the H&S File was produced
5. Gaining Landlords Consent to alter the premises
6. Providing additional information for the Lease
• Producing drawings of the Clients demise and operations.
• Scheduling alterations
• Negotiations and agreeing with the Owners Agents the reinstatement of
the premises at Lease End, including costs.
