Developing a self-help app as a psycho-educational tool Information about anxiety Information about the user Anxiety is a normal but unpleasant response that warns us of threats to our physical or mental well-being. Anxiety is one of the most common problems in health centres and counselling services. The chances are that, in a group of 10 people, 1 or 2 will suffer from moderate to severe anxiety…..
