At Talenox, we love Deputy, that's why we made it easy for you to connect your Deputy account to Talenox. To start off, connect Deputy to Talenox and start syncing your cost centres and employees before you start to import your time sheets to Talenox Payroll app.

1. Connect Talenox to Deputy

2. Before connecting Talenox to Deputy, you should have set up all your
Cost Centres and fill in your Employees Details in Talenox.
Once you have done that, head over to Integrations page as shown.

3. At the Integrations page,
click on “Deputy” to start connecting.

4. Over at this page, to start connecting to Deputy,
click on “Connect to Deputy”.

5. Thereafter, you’ll be brought over to Deputy’s page to sync to the right entity.
Example: Company ABC in Talenox should connect to Company ABC in Deputy.
Please choose the right entity before clicking on “Authorize”.

6. Before, creating employees in Deputy, you’ll need to
sync the Cost Centres in Talenox to Locations/Branches in Deputy.
Click on “Cost Centre” to start syncing.

7. Over at the Cost Centre syncing page, you’ll be able to match the Cost Centres in
Talenox to the Locations in Deputy. Once you are done matching, click on
“Save” on the top right.

8. You will be notified once syncing is done and you can head to Profiles app to
start creating employee profiles in Deputy from Talenox.

9. Head over to Employee Listing in Profiles app
to access every teammate’s details.

10. Start to create / sync each employee profile
from Talenox to Deputy by clicking on the first profile.

11. Once Talenox is connected to Deputy, you’ll realised that you have an additional
section in each employee profile called Deputy Employee Profile. This is where
you tag specific fields in Deputy to each employee in Talenox.

12. You can sync fields such as Employee’s Name, Access Level, Location,
Pay Period, Employment Terms, Stress Profile and Training Module.
Do ensure that all these fields have been set in Deputy before syncing.

13. Here’s an example of Access Level, where the data is pulled from Deputy to
Talenox. If you are creating a new profile in Deputy, leave Sync Deputy
Employee Account “blank”. Once you are done, click on “Create / Save”.

14. Under the People page in Deputy, you’ll be able to see the list of employees that
you have created from Talenox. Great job! :) In the next guide, we’ll learn how
