Who we are
OUR MISSION:
To help organizations expand their competitive advantage, customer value, and talent potential.
We assess, harness, and coordinate the confluence of interdependent functions in companies.
PHILOSOPHY:
Our core philosophy is to provide our clients with fresh opportunity discovery, superior problem solving, and
management capabilities to innovate, adapt, and succeed brilliantly.
We emphasize that CORE aspects of a business (Strategy, Innovation, Governance, Organization, Marketing,
and Operations – SIGOMO) are dynamically interdependent. Executives must understand and utilize these
dynamics to operate companies synergistically. Excellence ensues when management makes decisions
based on valuing the confluence of SIGOMO.
For our clients, our holistic approach results in 5–10 times return on their investment (ROI) and positively
impacts their industry and market.
OUR APPROACH:
We use systemic methods to check unexamined mental models which affect decision making, direction, and
tendencies in a company. These engender consequential “big pictures”.
We deploy physical and computer simulations to develop coherent business logics.
Our structured approaches beyond classroom training ensure that leaders and employees understand and
retain knowledge and skills through timely cycles of learning and doing.

How we do it
IN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY,
Our projects tackle actual situations at multiple levels:
 Prompt assessment of issues, using conventional data – which
is akin to a still photograph, or an X-ray
 Dynamic platform of decisions-in-action – this is like a movie,
or changing physiology with flows, lags, and accumulations
 Executive opinions – that shape thinking and trends
We undertake a SIGOMO study for analysis and synthesis.
Utilizing rich, new insights, we develop confluent decisions with
clients to create a larger, lasting impact.
FOR EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING,
We adopt the most effective approach – or integrate all 3
approaches – to provide systemic learning to clients:
 Andragogy: Learning in a culture through working metaphors
 Pedagogy: Learning from a subject matter expert or teacher
 Synergogy: Learning with one another by applying critique
We structure training soundly for clients to retain learning through
expeditious cycles of practice.
A Typical Client Engagement:

CONFLUENT DECISIONS
The Imperative for the 21st Century.
Executive/Talent Development:
Dynamically Adaptable Approaches
Why we do it this way
WE ARE SENSITIVE THAT:
 Your interactions with consultants and trainers should be insightful, rewarding relationship experiences
 We must build our client capabilities every time through the right confluence of consulting and training
WE VALUE:
 DYNAMICS: Business dynamics and feedback are integral to every important management undertaking;
interconnected organizational realities must be causally linked and managed
 EMERGENCE: Change is a continual constant; with business and industry boundaries periodically in flux,
business logic and management development must be proactively reframed
 HISTORY: Organizational issues do not crop-up one day or in a typical “bad week”; they are hibernating,
metastasizing, and migrating in myriad ways that must be grappled with holistically
 TRANSITION: Transition management is important; firms mostly discuss “before” and “after” states, but
not sufficiently the “during” journey, which actually consumes substantial energy and resources
WE ESSENTIALLY INTEGRATE:
CONFLUENCE: Multiple fields of study integrated holistically to generate realistic, sustainable solutions
 Over-specialized approaches harm more than help, accentuating the various ongoing, detached
organizational initiatives
 A one-trick pony is limited and unable to provide extensive solutions; whereas a confluence of multiple
areas is enriched with fresh ideas and deep insights enabling sounder solutions and larger opportunities
PAGE 6 OF 10
Why you should care
THE EXECUTIVE IMPERATIVE:
It is an executive privilege to develop and sustain confluence using the SIGOMO framework and the right
choice of analyses (like BD, MD, etc.) and modern approaches for implementation (like DELTA, MARI, etc.)
that will ensure sustainably profitable growth.
 Profitability is enhanced when companies can comprehend that change is a constant and so:
o The best way is to create the change by understanding the dynamics of the markets coupled also with
the situations inside the organization itself
o Or, to anticipate trends that will affect your organization
o Or to rapidly adapt, ensuring you are not “behind the curve”
 Leaders must rethink their strategic, operational, and organizational approaches to redefine their
excellence journey every time
 Mixing-and-matching models yields little value; executives can benefit from the potential of confluence
of interactive, interconnected realities of their organizations to effect successful change
 A core culture built on a shared vision and organizational confluence will always ensure greater success
and the sustainability of your business

What we have delivered – a small sample:
MARKET GROWTH THROUGH PRODUCTIVITY:
We studied, recommended, and helped improve a Fortune-100 energy company’s distribution methods and
systems and developed an operational excellence implementation roadmap and tailored training.
This provided our clients a 25% rise in productivity and 10% increase in market share over 2 years.
BUSINESS GROWTH THROUGH INDUSTRY MARKETING:
We analyzed the product portfolio of a Fortune-500 High-Tech company, changing management from
product sales to developing industry marketing approaches and organizational restructuring.
We also trained all their account executives. This resulted in 20% revenue increase worldwide over 2 years.
ACCELERATED GROWTH THROUGH LEAPFROG STRATEGY AND INNOVATION:
For a generic pharmaceutical firm, we worked with the CEO, direct reports, and staff to develop a catapult
strategy that took the company from small to medium, then to large scale on 3 continents in 5 years,
providing 15% growth year-upon-year, becoming the second-largest in all its geographies.
CUSTOMER RETENTION THROUGH SERVICE QUALITY REDEFINITION AND TRAINING:
Assisting a global transportation company, we surveyed their entire offering set and the quality of their
services and personnel. Through a combination of fresh solutions and training over 2 years, the company
achieved best-in-class rating, retaining its customers and employees, and achieving 5% jump in ROCE.
What we have delivered – sample continued:
SYNERGY THROUGH CONSIDERED M&A:
We assisted a regional telecommunications company in selecting an acquisition to gain complementary
advantages. We carried out a thorough valuation of products, services, and markets, identifying NPD
agendas, fusing two cultures, and yielding synergy in the order of 15%.
ENHANCING “CORE” PERFORMANCE USING ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT:
Deploying The Leader Integrator 1, one of our globally acclaimed offerings, we studied the culture and
leadership of a large healthcare organization, developed its OD platform, and trained management,
resulting in an average of 12% increase in its most critical performance indicators.
STREAMLINING SUPPLYCHAIN DYNAMICALLY TO ENHANCE TIME-TO-MARKET:
For a middle-market manufacturing firm, we studied holistically the faulty dynamics across end-to-end
supplychain, achieving a rise in productivity of 15% and gains in sales of $ 75 million within 1 year.
NEW PLANT DESIGN FOR MODERNIZATION:
For a U.S.-Brazilian joint venture, we assisted in designing a new plant incorporating Lean methods
resulting in a 30% reduction in floor space and the introduction of new product lines for that market.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF PARTNERS IN MANAGEMENT SERVICES FIRM:
For a leading global Accounting, Auditing, and Consultancy firm, we developed and delivered modular
training to their partners in leadership, conflict management, client development, and service dynamics.
