There are different types of Conferencing solutions. Which solution suits
you best is determined by the following criteria:

Start Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC)
Type the correspondent’s name
Right click
- Select Call > Communicator Call
- Select Start a Video Call
Webcam & Audio headsets are available via LBE/RFS mailbox.

11. Audio Conference Call (VOIP)
How to :
Via CISCO phone (maximum 6 participants)
- Call participant
- Use arrow key until “Start Conference” appears
and confirm with V-key
- Call Second participant
- Confirm “Conference” with V-key
- Repeat until all participants are in the conference (max 6)

Via GENESYS (unlimited # participants)
- Go to http://gdfsuez.conferencing.com/
- Register by requesting an account
- Within 24 hours you will receive a phone number with PIN Code.
- Participants all call this number to join the meeting

Webex is the group solution for video conferencing.
It allows you to:
- video conference using webcams (352 * 288)
- share applications, sound & video
