Conditional I
Cause/consequence, something is almost certain to happen.
Example:
If I pinch the balloon, it will burst.

It’s like a wish. Something that is likely to happen but not certain.
Example:
If I had a better car, I would travel more around the country.
(it means I don’t have it but I wish to have one)

Conditional III
It’s a regret. Something you can’t change anymore, but you wish you could.
Example:
If I hadn’t crashed, I wouldn’t have had to pay a lot for my car
repairs.
(it means I paid for it and I can’t do anything to turn back
time)
