possibilities.

I will not go to the beach if it rains
Example:
If it rains, I will not go to the beach.

4. Other Examples
• If the president doesn’t come, we will cancel
the meeting.
• We will play soccer if you join us.
• If the weather is terrible, we will not go on the
picnic.
• You will not be scolded if you behave well.

As a Threat
E.g.: If you don’t listen to me, I will
punish you.
As a Warning
E.g.: We will be in a big trouble if
you don’t follow the rules.
As an Offer
E.g.: I will give you a discount if
you buy this product.
As a Promise
E.g.: If you are at home , I will
visit you.
