This document provides 12 rules for students to follow when using computers at school. The rules instruct students to only use computers for schoolwork, have an adult present when online, ask permission to use computers at lunch or break times, ask teachers if unsure about content, be respectful of others online, save work on Google Drive where teachers can access it, use YouTube only if over 13 and through the school account, keep passwords private, and include first name and initial only on online work. It also says to tell teachers if anything upsetting is found and not to use locked devices without a teacher present.

When creating do not use pictures or images
to do with violence. Remember our ‘school
virtues’!

When using google docs and slides I must save
and share the doc with my teacher. All google
docs and slides must be appropriate learning
that my teacher has explained as a task.
9. Rule 8
Youtube is restricted to over 13 Year olds.

10. Rule 9
Dont tell anyone your password apart from
the adult I am working with.
11. Rule 10
I will only use my first name and first initial of my
surname with the short date on all E-learning written
work.
12. Rule 11
If I find anything that upsets me, is mean or
rude: I will turn off the screen or close the lid
and tell the teacher or staff member.
13. Rule 12
I am not allowed to use the locked digital
devices, from cupboards, when we have a
reliever in.
