INTRODUCCIN
El espectrofotmetro es un instrumento utilizado para medir los espectros de muestras y reas
microscpicas. Se utiliza para medir espectros NIR UV visibles de muestras microscpicas. Mide
la transmisin, la absorcin, la reflectancia, la polarizacin y la fluorescencia de una muestra
determinada. Est diseado como un microscopio ptico combinado con un espectrofotmetro NIR
UV visible. Mide un rango de muestras de hasta 1 x 1 micrmetro. Con la ayuda del software, se
pueden realizar medidas de mapeo 3D y calorimetra. Con esto es posible la medicin del espesor
de pelcula delgada de micropuntos sin contacto. Tiene una gran influencia en el campo de la
investigacin y la industria. Dado que tiene un gran rango espectral, los cientficos e ingenieros lo
utilizan para obtener espectros de reas de muestra extremadamente pequeas. Incluso funciona en
el campo donde la luz visible y el infrarrojo no funcionan. Por ejemplo, un cientfico forense o un

INTRODUCCIN
El espectrofotmetro es un instrumento utilizado para medir los espectros de muestras y reas
microscpicas. Se utiliza para medir espectros NIR UV visibles de muestras microscpicas. Mide
la transmisin, la absorcin, la reflectancia, la polarizacin y la fluorescencia de una muestra
determinada. Est diseado como un microscopio ptico combinado con un espectrofotmetro NIR
UV visible. Mide un rango de muestras de hasta 1 x 1 micrmetro. Con la ayuda del software, se
pueden realizar medidas de mapeo 3D y calorimetra. Con esto es posible la medicin del espesor
de pelcula delgada de micropuntos sin contacto. Tiene una gran influencia en el campo de la
investigacin y la industria. Dado que tiene un gran rango espectral, los cientficos e ingenieros lo
utilizan para obtener espectros de reas de muestra extremadamente pequeas. Incluso funciona en
el campo donde la luz visible y el infrarrojo no funcionan. Por ejemplo, un cientfico forense o un
qumico lo usa para combinar fibras o pinturas de muestras microscpicas. Un gelogo puede usarlo
