Records show that employees call in sick frequently, come in late, leave early, and several complaints between employees have been filed by Human Resources.When you visit the office, you are immediately struck by what a dismal environment you see. Florescent lights flicker over beige cubicles, ambient noise of machines buzzing and phones ringing fills your ears, and employees look bored and tired. You notice only one communal work space piled over with old projects and clutter. The supply room is sparse. The break room is small and cluttered, and nobody is using it.You decide to interview employees and learn some alarming information; employees mostly work alone, do not seem to know each other well, some outright dislike one another, they report having no fun or enjoyment while at work, and some suffer chronic work-related health problems such as migraines and back pain. You notice wonderful diversity among employees, yet nobody seems to appreciate or understand the unique perspectives of their colleagues.It is clear to you that this office is not conducive to the kind of creative collaboration necessary to pull it out of its slump. Using what you know about the importance of art in the world and workplace, you will come up with a plan to solve these problems. their emotional ones. To build empathy with
users, a design-centric organization empowers em-
ployees to observe behavior and draw conclusions
about what people want and need. Those conclu-
sions are tremendously hard to express in quanti-
tative language. Instead, organizations that “get”
design use emotional language (words that concern
desires, aspirations, engagement, and experience)
to describe products and users. Team members
discuss the emotional resonance of a value propo-
sition as much as they discuss utility and product
requirements.
A traditional value proposition is a promise of
utility: If you buy a Lexus, the automaker promises
that you will receive safe and comfortable trans-
portation in a well-designed high-performance ve-
hicle. An emotional value proposition is a promise
of feeling: If you buy a Lexus, the automaker prom-
ises that you will feel pampered, luxurious, and af-
fluent. In design-centric organizations, emotion-
ally charged language isn’t denigrated as thin, silly,
or biased. Strategic conversations in those compa-
nies frequently address how a business decision or
a market trajectory will positively influence users’
experiences and often acknowledge only implicitly
that well-designed offerings contribute to financial
success.

My strongest trait that I can bring to any business is my ability to collaborate. I
actively search for touchstones with the people within my working sphere
despite traditional differences that might separate collaborators working
toward a common goal. This will allow me to succeed in what I believe has
become an increasingly team-based business model. I communicate clearly
and as shown through my work as chairwoman of the University of
Colorado’s student government Public Relations department I am selfmotivated,
responsible, and I am a leader who consciously forges strong
relationships with a wide variety of people. I am equally at home speaking at
conferences, classes, seminars or before government legislatures.
Secondly I have a practiced creativity. I am innately a creative person but I
believe that, like a second language, without practicing my creativity I will not
be able to keep current with my contemporaries or expand my own vision. I
routinely produce and show my artwork in galleries in Denver and I am an
active performing artist. As the owner of a small digital design business I
innovate, explore, and use all the tools available to me - in many cases this
includes traditional forms and methods of art. I am well versed in the
sculpture of wood, metals and mixed media as well as traditional handdeveloped
photographic processes. I delight in rendering illustration in a wide
variety of mediums including conte, charcoal, watercolor and pencil.
Finally I am strong in technical skills across a wide range of software
programs. These include print design applications such as Microsoft Office
(Word, Power Point, Excel), Adobe InDesign, Open Office and Adobe
Acrobat, and other graphic applications in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator). I also know the digital design and movie making applications in the

Mapping Experiences
Understanding the dynamics of the user’s experience is the first step in creating solutions that provide value. The use of systematic, visual representations exposes previously unseen opportunities for growth. Called “alignment diagrams,” this category of diagram gives businesses strategic clarity based on the user experience.
Alignment diagrams have two parts: one capturing human behaviour and the other reflecting relevant aspects of the organisation. The overlap of these parts reveals the interaction between the two. Victor, a new parent to the program and the community, arrives late to pick up his children for the fourth time in two weeks. As the director of All Kids Childcare and Education, you are proud of the compassion, respect, and patience Master Teacher Veronica has offered Victor. You know that Victor and his family have relocated after a family hardship and they are struggling to make ends meet. However, you become concerned about professional boundaries after observing the following interaction.
Veronica chats with Victor as they get the children ready to go home, not mentioning Victor's late arrival. She asks Victor if he has found beds for all of his family members to sleep in. Victor says, "Not yet. I have been busy working two jobs. I was offered the opportunity to pick up a few extra hours at my second job, so I haven't had time for anything else."
"Oh," says Veronica. "I have a couple of extra beds at my house. Why don't I bring them over with all the bedding later?" Victor is excited and says, "Yes, thank you! Thanks also for the table, chairs, and dishes you brought last week."
As they part, Veronica says, "And, Victor, don't worry about being late to pick up your children. We are very happy to have them here."

As the director, identify if this in an ethical situation. Then outline a coaching plan with Veronica. The coaching plan should be a written Word document or PowerPoint Presentation and include the following:

You serve as the change leader for Delta Pacific Company (DPC). Up until this point, the organizational culture has been one of a traditional culture as the company had a manufacturing environment.DPC has undergone an extensive change from manufacturing to consulting, including new employee roles and responsibilities, training, and resources. However, there have been organizational barriers and employee resistances to the changes, resulting in a declining profitability.You have decided to design a Change Leadership Strategy plan to present to the leaders of DPC to meet their goal of changing the culture from the more traditional manufacturing environment to one of a contemporary consulting environment. INTRODUCTION
With the increased mobility of human populations, diseases can quickly spread around the world. In addition, changes in vaccination practices have revealed an increase in communicable diseases that were once thought to be under control. These global health issues present new problems for community health officials.
In the Bentonville simulation, you learned how an influenza virus impacted the community. You will provide a PDF report of your completed activities.
In this task, you will also analyze an outbreak of a specific global communicable disease that occurred in the last 50 years that crossed international borders (e.g., the measles outbreak that moved from the Philippines to the United States).

The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. Embracing GenAI - A Strategic Imperative
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
