Comparative adverbs use "more" to compare two actions using an adverb ending in "-ly", while superlative adverbs use "most" to compare three or more actions. For example, "She ran more gracefully than me" uses a comparative adverb, while "The lion roars most eagerly in the jungles" uses a superlative adverb. We add "more" and "most" to adverbs with two or more syllables.
