By including drills to the practice, I can practice the bomb, kicker, slider and body
serves by placing markers in the service box for each separate serve. After serving
for 30 minutes I can do some smashes for a while. After a big serve, sometimes the
opponent pops the ball in the air giving him time for his next shot but the server
may come to net for a smash. A smash is usually hit, with extreme power leaving

1.What is one thing from the article you didn t know or that surprised you?
There were two things I took away from the article, the first being finding out the
root cause of where self concept stemmed from. For example, according to the
article self concept is first shaped by our mother; we respond back with decisions or
judgments based on our initial experiences from our first caregiver. A child who had
an unresponsive mother will act obnoxious or withdrawn so that people will want to

The distinct characteristics of these waters have different effects on the shells of
these tiny microorganisms, therefore, scientists can look at them and tell where they

enriched with water traveling down from the North Atlantic, and when the area was
enriched with waters from the South Atlantic instead. This allowed them to determine
the past patterns of circulation because more of the salty North Atlantic water means
good circulation, and more South Atlantic water implies the circulation was poor, as
