System Issue:  $$$ Generated by Parking System DOES NOT ALL go into the Auto Parking Fund, therefore insufficient for building a Parking Structure Where Else Does It Go? General Fund - Court Capital Improvement Fund Parking Lots Outside of the Central Business District and DDA SYSTEM ISSUES
City Must Take Immediate Action on: Committing financial resources towards the parking structure to help Auto Parking Fund become self-sufficient in sustaining the annual bond debt Redirect Parking Ticket Revenue to Auto Parking Fund Adopt a Payment-in-lieu Policy for Intensification of Use in CBD City Release of an RFP for a Parking Structure and Financing Plan CITY ACTION NEEDED
