This document provides details for filming locations, dates, times, and clothing for actors. It describes each filming location and lists who is needed and when. Originally, filming was planned to take place at a theatre college but was changed to the creator's garden shed, pool, and study due to a change in ideas. The actors were kept informed of any changes through social media, text messages, and phone calls. Props were mainly provided by the creator and included a bike, pianos, and iPad. Costumes included dark clothing for one actor and changing but same-colored clothing for another to indicate passage of time.

1. This is information regarding details for filming for different locations and also what clothes
to wear on what day. This shows what I have sent out to the actors, I can clearly be seen that
I have described every location and shown who will be needed and the date and time they
should arrive on set. At this time I was still planning to shoot in the theatre at college but
due to a change of heart and different ideas I swapped that location for my garden shed,
pool and study area in order to do my performance section – the actors where well aware of
the changes that I made during the planning process and I would keep them well up to date
if any other issues came up. I would keep up to date with them in a number of ways which
include social media eg Facebook and text and phone calls – all of these platforms I used
multiple of times to connect and share information with them.

3. Props and costume
• Props where mainly managed and provided by myself,
there was not many props needed for the video apart
from the bike, piano’s and ipad because the whole
meaning of the video relied upon the locations mainly
• In terms of the costume I asked Fiona to wear dark
clothing throughout as I felt that this was something
that best reflected the feeling of the song and my
ideas. Jacks clothing changed, it was mainly dark but
the change as the video goes on can be seen as a
passage of time, but the same colors throughout is
their as a constant reminder of the same feelings he as
for the person that we is thinking of
