                                        Description


                      There was an important meeting with a
                         superior and the instructions received must

                      To solve this issue I propose to define a
                         communication plan as a strategy to transmit the
                         instructions to the others party involved. It is
                         important to take into account the following:
                        Determine critical success factors
                        Define a timeline for each step to achieve the

                        Monitor on a regular basis the execution of the
                         plan to ensure the success of the strategy.
                        Process the feedback received from the
