Referencing, Information Literacy Skills: Information need identification, Information Sources, Database Searching Strategies, Evaluating
Information Sources; Critical Thinking Skills, Critical Thinking Models; Professional Communication: Nature of Communication, Models of
Communication, Non-verbal Communication, Conflict Management and Resolution Strategies. Written Communication: Reports, Proposals,
Using Computers to sort data, generate graphs and charts; Power-point presentations, Graphics and Illustrations, Use of Information
Communication Technology, Computer Mediated Communication: Using email, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instant Messaging, Skype, Facebook/
Meta-verse, Virtual Agents, Navigating the Internet, How CMC impacts behaviour, Interpersonal Relations and Business; Digital Marketing,
