spiritual. Here are some examples of activities:
• Physical: Beneficial eating, exercising, and resting
• Social/Emotional: Making social and meaningful connections
with others
• Mental: Learning, reading, writing, and teaching
• Spiritual: Spending time in nature, expanding spiritual self
through meditation, music, art, prayer, or service
