This document discusses Zumtobel Lightweb, an intranet wiki implemented by Zumtobel AG to enable networking between brands and sites. Some key challenges addressed were the complexity of multiple brands and sites, risks of information overload, and tool competition. Lightweb uses Confluence and has publishing approaches for different target groups. It integrates with SharePoint and allows rich user profiles and personalized dashboards. A phased rollout strategy involved proof of concept, go-live, and ongoing training.
