A group of undergraduate and graduate students from NYU Stern School of Business presented their perspectives on engaging Generation Y worldwide in the implementation of women's empowerment programs. They discussed challenges of gender inequality, the importance of listening to young women's voices, and supporting each other as views evolve. The group hosted an event in Singapore and plans to engage others to advance these issues. Their goal is to take an unbiased look at how gender issues manifest differently across cultures and what catalysts could drive change for equality.
